Strategic Relationship Building

They will learn how to intentionally develop and maintain meaningful relationships that open doors for future success, from teammates and coaches to media professionals and alumni.

EQ & High-Performance Decision-Making

Emotional intelligence helps athletes manage pressure, build strong relationships, and make better decisions. Athletes will leave with the ability to make data-driven, emotionally intelligent decisions that benefit their team, their career, and their future beyond sports.

Leadership Development

Leadership development is a continuous journey, not a destination. True leadership isn’t about titles or authority—it’s about influence, self-awareness, and the ability to inspire others toward a shared vision. It requires intentional growth in key areas like emotional intelligence, decision-making, communication, and adaptability.

Relational Roadmaps

Just like athletes follow a game plan, we need a

relational roadmap in life. People map out careers and finances but rarely evaluate the relationships shaping their growth. The right people push us forward, while others may hold us back. Sometimes, it’s not about cutting ties but repurposing relationships by setting boundaries. Success isn’t just about where you’re going—it’s about who’s walking that path with you. Be intentional about the relationships that elevate you.

EQ & Mental Health

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a game-changer for athletes, influencing performance, leadership, and resilience. Self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empathy help athletes manage pressure, build strong relationships, and make better decisions. Mental health is just as vital as physical health—stress, anxiety, and burnout can impact performance. Prioritizing mindfulness, communication, and seeking support fosters long-term success. High EQ athletes adapt, lead, and thrive under pressure, both on and off the field.

Know Yourself

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. To truly trust yourself, align your actions with your values, relationships, communication, and responses to life’s challenges.

Know Your Currencies

Leadership in Action. The relationships, character, cultural, and emotional currencies and how it will impact others in and out of sport.

Know Your Decisions

Decision-making that benefits you, your team, and your future. Using data over feelings when making decisions.

What they're saying about Alex...

Alex provides a proactive game plan and bridges the gap; he brings consciousness to the process of finding your identity outside of sport, while highlighting how to articulate your experience in sport for all future business or personal endeavors.
