The Athlete's Guide to Influence & Impact
By the end of the retreat, attendees will no longer operate on instinct alone but with intention, strategy, and vision—ready to maximize their influence, navigate challenges with confidence, and take ownership of their personal and professional growth. This is the shift from being just an athlete to becoming a high-level leader for life.
Athletes who attend this retreat will experience a powerful transformation that extends beyond their sport, shaping them into intentional leaders with a clear roadmap for success. Through immersive learning, deep self-reflection, and high-level discussions, they will develop the mindset and skills necessary to thrive both in and out of sport.
The 12-15 athletes will have plenty of opportunities to connect with peers from diverse sports backgrounds. Gaining different perspectives on leadership, mental health, culture, and life after sports.
Athletes will gain a deeper understanding of who they are as leaders, how they operate under pressure, and what it takes to lead with confidence, emotional intelligence, and purpose.
They will learn how to intentionally develop and maintain meaningful relationships that open doors for future success, from teammates and coaches to media professionals and alumni.
Emotional intelligence helps athletes manage pressure, build strong relationships, and make better decisions. Athletes will leave with the ability to make data-driven, emotionally intelligent decisions that benefit their team, their career, and their future beyond sports.
Relational Roadmaps
relational roadmap in life. People map out careers and finances but rarely evaluate the relationships shaping their growth. The right people push us forward, while others may hold us back. Sometimes, it’s not about cutting ties but repurposing relationships by setting boundaries. Success isn’t just about where you’re going—it’s about who’s walking that path with you. Be intentional about the relationships that elevate you.
EQ & Mental Health
The most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. To truly trust yourself, align your actions with your values, relationships, communication, and responses to life’s challenges.
Leadership in Action. The relationships, character, cultural, and emotional currencies and how it will impact others in and out of sport.
Decision-making that benefits you, your team, and your future. Using data over feelings when making decisions.
